Make weekends simple! Route 613 offers 50-cent rides every 30 minutes from Maroochydore to Alexandra Headland. Starts 13 December.

Heading to the beach, catching up with friends, or tackling that Christmas shopping? Now you can do it all without the stress of parking or the cost of fuel. 

From 13 December, a new Route 613 weekend bus loop is hitting the streets of Maroochydore and Alexandra Headland – and it’s just 50 cents a ride!

Running every Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 6pm, buses will swing by every 30 minutes, so you can hop on and off as you please. The route connects popular spots like Sunshine Cove, Dalton Drive, Sunshine Plaza, and Alexandra Headland, with four brand-new stops added for extra convenience.

This 12-month trial service links up with high-frequency Route 600, so getting around the Coast has never been simpler.
