#### Here's a breakfast treat the kids will love from Kim McCosker of 4 Ingredients. It's the perfect way to Love Your Leftovers and use up any excess bananas. Better still, buy bananas when they are on special, peel, chop and freeze, then use frozen banana to make this delicious shake.

Makes 1
  • 1 banana
  • 1½ cups (375ml) milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix (or 2-3 tablespoon of your kids favourite whole-grain cereal)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Blend all ingredients together until nice and smooth.
