Native bush foods are in the culinary spotlight as the popularity of their use by leading chefs in some of Australia’s top restaurants highlights the unique flavours on offer.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, Veronica will share her 25 years of experience as owner and operator of Witjuti Grub Bushfood Nursery, with useful tips on growing, propagating and selecting quality species.

Taste a wide range of bush foods and enjoy a delicious morning tea inspired by native bush foods.

The Living Lab @ The MET program is an initiative of the Sunshine Coast Council Living Smart Program in partnership with SunCentral Maroochydore and the MET.
