From-the-Fridge Pizza

Serves 1

  • 1 large Lebanese bread
  • 2 tbsp. pizza paste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (whatever cheese you have)
  • 1 cup mixed bits from the fridge (pepperoni, olives, capsicum, capers, cherry tomatoes etc)
  1. Preheat your pizza oven/ stone.
  2. Spread the flat bread with pizza paste.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Add 'from-the-fridge' toppings.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
