Join Therapeutic Horticulture specialist, Cath Manuel for a hands on gardening workshop promoting calm, connection and well being

Therapeutic Horticulture specialist and podcaster, Cath Manuel will host a hands on workshop as part of our Living Lab @ The MET program.

Therapeutic Horticulture is a process of using plants and garden-based activities to promote physical health, psychological and emotional wellbeing for people of all ages and abilities.

Connecting with nature has been regarded as essential for our health and wellbeing since ancient times but in our modern world, we sometimes forget to stop and smell the roses, so to speak.

This workshop will rekindle your love of gardening and will cultivate your inner calm.

Find out more about Cath's programs at www.soiltosupper.com or follow Soil to Supper on socials.

Living Lab @ the MET is an initiative of the Maroochydore City Centre delivered in partnership with SunCentral, The MET and the Living Smart Program of the Sunshine Coast Council
