Apple ‘Leftover Bikkie’ Crumble

Don't throw those leftover bikkies away... you'll regret it come dessert time!

Serves 6

  • 2 cups stewed apples
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 200g leftover biscuits
  • 100g butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven 180C
  2. Spoon the stewed apples into a 20cm pie dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sultanas.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the apple and sultanas.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lovely and golden.
