Apple ‘Leftover Bikkie’ Crumble


Don't throw those leftover bikkies away... you'll regret it come dessert time! 


Serves 6

* 2 cups stewed apples 

* 1/2 cup sultanas 

* 200g leftover biscuits

* 100g butter, melted 


Preheat oven 180C

Spoon the stewed apples into a 20cm pie dish.

Sprinkle with sultanas.

In a large bowl, mix together biscuit crumbs and melted butter.

Spread the mixture evenly over the apple and sultanas.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lovely and golden.
