Getting out in nature is more important than ever. Learn ways to slow down and de-stress wherever you are.

Discover how nature connectedness can strengthen resilience. Evidence shows that time spent in nature or nature connectedness can have immediate and long term physical and mental health benefits.

Presenter Jay Ridgewell is a certified nature therapy guide with Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and Bachelor of Education. Join her to experience a taster of guided relational nature therapy (aka nature bathing), outside the library in a garden or park space.

Free. Limited spaces available per session. Registration essential.
