* 1 large Lebanese bread
* 2 tbsp. pizza paste
* 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (whatever cheese you have)
* 1 cup mixed bits from the fridge (pepperoni, olives, capsicum, capers, cherry tomatoes etc)
Preheat your pizza oven/ stone.
Spread the flat bread with pizza paste.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add ‘from-the-fridge’ toppings.
Cook for 15 minutes.
