Banana Bix-Shake recipe from 4 Ingredients
Hereâs a breakfast treat the kids will love from Kim McCosker of 4 Ingredients. Itâs the perfect way to Love Your Leftovers and use up any excess bananas. Better still, buy bananas when they are on special, peel, chop and freeze, then use frozen banana to make this delicious shake.
- 1 banana
- 1Â½ cups (375ml) milk
- 1 Weet-Bix (or 2-3 tablespoon of your kidsâ favourite whole-grain cereal)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Blend all ingredients together until nice and smooth.
