Apple ‘Leftover Bikkie’ Crumble
Don't throw those leftover bikkies away... you'll regret it come dessert time!
Serves 6
- 2 cups stewed apples
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 200g leftover biscuits
- 100g butter, melted
- Preheat oven 180C
- Spoon the stewed apples into a 20cm pie dish.
- Sprinkle with sultanas.
- In a large bowl, mix together biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the apple and sultanas.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lovely and golden.
